Hi all! So you want to know about me huh? Well you asked for it, heehee.  I am a 34 yr. old mom of three gorgeous, wonderful, perfect boys.  Tyler age 14, Hunter age 9 and my newest edition, Jordy who was born in March.  I am married to the most awesome man ever, Ian. Being a mom is for sure my greatest accomplishment in life. I have always been a working mom up until my oldest son was diagnosed with OCD, depression, and separation, social and general anxiety disorder. My two boys had always been home schooled but two years ago, we decided to register both of them in to public schools. This is when all of my sons illness’ became very obvious. He would have such panic attacks that it would scare me. He get worked up that he begin to vomit. He was getting physically ill from the anxiety he was feeling and was unable to express what he was feeling in words. It was pretty scary for a while. He actually had a home based teacher come to our home to teach him and then we were able to transition him to be taught at our local public libraries and eventually transitioned him to the school building itself by his next year. But in order for me to take him back and forth to where he needed to be or have a teacher at home with him I had to resign and stay home.  He has just entered his 8th grade year and this makes the second complete year he as attended public school full day.  Along with regular visits to doctors and help with medication, he has been able to finally function very well in public situations.  But after all said and done, not working for two years, really took a toll on our family finances.  We the tried for our third baby with the help of IUI. I went back to work full time while I was pregnant and the kids were in school. And just resigned after my son was born.  So now this is what I do. I work from home as much as possible on web sites, etc. trying to help make up for so much lost income.  My husband is a saint though. He took on so much when we married almost three years ago but hasn’t lost his willingness to keep it all going and somehow manage to keep us all a float.  Oh, not to mention the fact that we gave up all child support for our two older boys during my pregnancy when my ex-husband allowed my husband to adopt both Tyler and Hunter. This was one of the happiest days in our kids lives when we received the the final adoption papers.  So as you can see, my husband really is a saint and my three boys are so lucky to have him for a dad and I am blessed to have finally found my soul mate.  Between my husband and I we have read just about everything on all my sons illness’ and how to deal with the school system so kids don’t slip through the cracks. If  you have any questions please feel free to ask away. I would have loved for some one to reach out to us and show us the way. But it has all been a good learning process and it has made us all a much stronger and closer family.

I think that’s enough for now if you want to learn more about this bstinky mom, you’ll just have to visit again.
